I'm a registered nutritionist with a background in shift-based healthcare. After years of watching colleagues burn out on vending machine dinners and 4am toast, I built a practice around the people the wellness industry tends to ignore.

My work is calm, evidence-led and deeply practical. I don't do fads, restriction, or "perfect" routines. I help people build small, repeatable habits that survive a 12-hour shift, a red-eye flight, or two weeks offshore.

Outside coaching, I write, run, and spend a lot of time outdoors — usually with a flask of something warm.
